Warranty

Listed below are the business policies of The Clash of the Titans. There are no exceptions to these policies with out written approval from The Clash of the Titans management.

The Clash of the Titans Life Time Warranty: All inlet and exhaust tubes that are included in our Mild Steel Street kits will be Warranted for as long as you ( The Original Purchaser of the Kit ) own the PTK kit. This warranty covers all indicated tubes against rust failure, weld leaks and cracks in the tubes. Any tubes that show intentional abuse or have been subjected to transmission fluid, acid or any other agent will be not be warranted.

Component Warranty: All other components: turbo head units, wastegate, blow off valves, FMU, heat blankets, or hardware etc.. are warranted by the manufacturer independently. All warranty parts must have a Returned Goods Authorization to be returned for warrant to PTK.

Cancellation Policy: The Clash of the Titans charges a cancellation charge of 50% of the kit amount for any kit that is cancelled more than 7 business days after the date of a ordered kit. If you cancel your order within the 1st 7 business days from the date of order, there is a 25% cancellation fee charge.

Return Kit Policy: Any kit returned or credit requested after the ship date will be charged a 50% returned goods fee from The Clash of the Titans.
